These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of froggyads.com and the FroggyAds platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to distribute malware, run illegal offers, infringe intellectual property, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate the policies of the platform or its supply partners. We may review campaigns and creative for compliance.

Deposits & billing

Advertising runs on a prepaid balance with a minimum deposit of $50. You set bids and budgets, and charges are based on the traffic delivered at those bids. You are responsible for the bids and budgets you configure.

Refunds

New advertisers are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to the terms in our Refund Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility and how to request a refund.

Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, design and content, is owned by FroggyAds or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the creative and content you upload, and grant us the rights needed to serve your campaigns.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable, high-quality service, we do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FroggyAds is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the platform, its users or partners. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
