As the market was mainly dominated by foreign businesses, and I had worked during 7 years with one of them, I knew there have been many facets that could be greater. We’ve informed and constructed certified and specialized those who are able to as it should be perform different tasks and use various kind of machinery in the proper way. For instance, I could have a group of 5 people conducting alternative tasks whilst my competition may need a dozen people to do those same tasks. We’ve trained our labor force to be capable of perform more than one task, whilst our competitors usually have workers who are only in a position to carry out one task.
