Workflows take autoresponders a step additional. Think of Workflows like a flow tree with yes/no branches that will execute activities in response to the standards that you just set. Workflows have two key components: 1. Enrollment standards, or the action that would qualify a user for the workflow.
2. Goal, or the action that could take a user out of the workflow. Workflow tools are smart enough to understand if a user opened an email or downloaded a suggestion, and it’ll induce a chain of actions in accordance with that conduct. That means, it can send an email series, or even change a prospect’s lifecycle stage in response to what a user does.
