It takes chronic work to make this happen, so we keep the technique moving forward by aligning our inclusion method and projects to our core company priorities. This means maintaining Rackers, hiring key talent, using revenue and helping the neighborhood — and empowering Rackers to reach all of our destinations around the world. We also assist a wide range of Racker Resource Groups globally, across diversity focus, schooling, recruiting and volunteerism efforts, adding:We work to maintain a robust health and safety culture, with clear objectives to aid us grow the enterprise in a safe and sustainable way.

We enable Rackers to work productively and safely through participation in courses that focus on mitigation of occupational health and safety risks in our administrative center. We have implemented an Environmental Management System EMS certified to ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management in Australia and the UK, and a Health and Safety Management System HSMS certified to BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety in the UK. We also have emergency reaction plans at all sites and plenty of Rackers are participants of our emergency reaction teams. There are a whole lot of stories annually of how Rackers are giving back in their local communities through volunteering at local faculties and animal shelters, constructing houses, serving meals and more. Every year, Rackers around the United States donate and help distribute holiday meals to over 1,500 families through partnerships with local food banks.

It is one of our signature neighborhood events. Another way Rackers around the globe give a contribution their time and skill each year is through engaging in the Hour of Code during Computer Science Week and beyond. Rackers visit students — both in the classroom and very nearly — to coach coding fundamentals and inspire them to become future Rackers.
