We’re taking proactive steps to assist our customers and keep supplying safe and reliable power to communities across Ontario amid ongoing concerns over coronavirus COVID 19. We’ve postponed upkeep work that can cause outages, introduced more bendy fee alternatives, set up a relief program for customers experiencing problem, and adopted measures to keep employees safe. We’re also warning customers to watch out for fraudulent calls threatening to disconnect their power; these calls are not from Hydro One. We’ll proceed to video display developments and work with agencies, governments and groups to assist buyers stay safe and comfy in this time.
