The CRA carried out a survey of member eating places from March 23 via March 26 a good way to collect statistics about sales, employment and operations. Of those members that answered, 81 percent said shedding employees, and 56 % said they deliberate to do more layoffs in a better thirty days; 60 % had changed their company model to takeout or beginning only, while 44 % had closed absolutely.
