The Child and Adult Care Food Program CACFP is a federal software that provides reimbursements for nutritious meals and snacks to eligible infants and adults who’re enrolled for care at partaking child care centers, day care homes, and adult day care facilities. CACFP also adds reimbursements for meals served to toddlers and youth engaging in afterschool care courses, little ones residing in emergency shelters, adults over the age of 60 or living with a disability and enrolled in day care amenities. CACFP contributes to the wellness, fit growth, and advancement of young children and adults in the United States.
