In recent years there’s a growth in the number of agencies that gives cloud storage solutions. From user’s views, it is becoming a difficult task to choose which cloud garage to use and from whom, in line with user’s needs. In this context, no framework can examine the decision standards for alternative of cloud storage services. This paper proposes a solution to this challenge by selecting the cloud storage criteria and introduces the PAPRIKA approach for measuring the criteria of cloud storage in accordance with client’s choice.
This work established the applicability of the framework choice model by testing it with eleven users of cloud storage facilities. The effects showed that the model could help users in making a more informative resolution about cloud storage services.
